Remote network connection refused

Hi,



When i try to connect on remote computer on my domain by the assistant i've a message "connection refused" !!!Make sure the terminal service is running on the remote computer. Also, which operating system is installed on the remote computer?



I'm local administrator on remote computer, and domain admin, but i can't work ?



Please Help.
